PPOA Bylaws

The PPOA Bylaws establish the rules and procedures used to govern the Association and its Board of Directors. The current Bylaws are available below.

Board Member Applications

Property owners interested in serving on the PPOA Board may submit a completed Board Member Application to the PPOA President or Secretary. Applications are provided to the Board for review before the meeting whenever possible. Applicants may be invited to attend the meeting to introduce themselves and answer questions. The applicant will leave the meeting before Board discussion and voting. The Board may approve, deny, or postpone the application. Appointment requires approval by a majority of the Board Members present, provided a quorum exists.

Grant Requests

Organizations or individuals requesting a grant, financial assistance, materials, purchases, reimbursements, or other funding support from PPOA must submit a completed PPOA Grant Request Application. Completed requests are provided to the Board for review before the meeting whenever possible. The applicant may be invited to attend the meeting to present the request and answer questions. The applicant will leave the meeting before Board discussion and voting. The Board may approve, deny, or postpone the request. The President or Secretary will notify the applicant of the Board’s decision.

Citizen(s) Recognition Program

PPOA may recognize individuals, families, organizations, or groups that make meaningful contributions to the Munds Park community. Recognition may be given at any time and is not required annually. More than one recipient may be recognized when appropriate.

To nominate an individual, family, organization, or group for recognition, please email comments@pinewoodppoa.org and include the nominee’s name, a brief description of their contribution to the Munds Park community, why you believe they should be recognized, and contact information for the nominee if known. Please also include your name and contact information.
